Plansure is a brokerage for licensed agents who want to grow a real book without the captive structure. If most of the list on the right is true, talk to us.
- Active health insurance license in at least one state
- E&O insurance, or willingness to obtain before writing
- Comfort with phone and digital outreach (no door-knocking required)
- Clean compliance history with carriers and state DOIs
- Self-directed. Plansure is remote-first and we trust brokers to manage their own pipeline
- AHIP certification if you plan to write Medicare (we'll reimburse if you commit a season)
